MGP LAW & TITLE is a full-service real property and estate planning law office and title company.  My mission at MGPL&T is to provide my clients with the highest quality, most efficient, accurate and reliable closing services and all-inclusive estate plan, in a timely manner, for a fair and competitive price.  I do my utmost to maintain the highest possible professional standards.  My practice is based on great service and meeting and exceeding my client's needs and expectations.  I enjoy my work, and work hard to be an excellent service partner to my clients and contribute to their ultimate success. 

I began practicing law in 2004. I have engaged in the general practice of law with special emphasis in commercial and residential real estate transactions, probate and estate planning, and small business law. After working at a firm, I formed and became President of Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A. from 2005 through 2010.  I began my career as a lawyer with a general practice law firm in Naples/Ft. Myers, Florida with a concentration in real estate, estate planning, civil, criminal and business law. Subsequently, I focused more specifically on estate planning, real estate transactions and property law. I have represented lenders, purchasers and sellers in million dollar commercial transactions and hundreds of residential real estate transactions. I am a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and have spent my free time volunteering for CASA as a court appointed Guardian Ad Litum for disadvantaged children.

I reside in St. Petersburg, Florida, with my wife and much better half, Heather, and our son. We enjoy home improvement projects, Cleveland and New York sports, and exploring all that the Bay area has to offer.
